This is a type of aerobic exercise where we follow along to a song using the beat as our guide for moving. We use drumsticks on a yoga ball. We use buckets/chairs/paper box lids to hold the ball in place while we "drum" on it. This came from Yoga drumming, zumba styled classes. Drums Alive! is it's own program which guided exercises on YouTube. I lead the classes thus very few pictures. During class, we exercised the equivalent of a mile worth of steps!
